Here’s something unacceptable:

A guy telling my friend to get me drunk so that he could hook up with me. She told me this little story yesterday via text and it’s still rankling… a lot.

SINCE WHEN IS THIS OKAY? SINCE WHEN IS IT OKAY TO DO THAT KIND OF THING? Like, what a beautiful example of rape culture. Seriously, flawless. The assumption that I’m some kind of thing, or a machine, and if you just push the right buttons, I’ll roll over for you… it just reeks of arrogance and douchebaggery. JFC.
