my secret is that i've never gotten attached to any ships in LoK, UNTIL you wrote that ode to matak. i now ship them, thank.
Welcome aboard the catamaran Matak, anon, we’ll be serving drinks and there’s live music on the deck (◡‿◡✿)
incense, christmas lights, ramen, long talks about emotional stability and repeated promises to my mother to eat better/sleep more/step back and look at myself with perspective
good times good times
Hanging out in San Francisco, gonna get all fancy for my presentation tomorrow woop woop

okay, had to mellow out the fun with some seriousness. still pretty fun :D

As for discipline—it’s important, but sort of overrated. The more important virtue for a writer, I believe, is self-forgiveness. Because your writing will always disappoint you. Your laziness will always disappoint you.

Mako: The Last Scarfbender.
Have I mentioned I love the Fire Ferrets’ fashion sense? A+ for the Korra character designers. Me gusta.
lmao I drew this back in March, before the show even started airing. IT WAS A SIMPLER TIME…
BUT THE POINT IS I’m reblogging this because apparently I totally predicted the flawless ship that is Mashion (Mako x fashion).
They were meant for each other.
“I’ve had it with you. Let’s split. Asami? Bolin?”
Asami and Bolin looked at each other, and then looked at Korra, her arms crossed, and then looked at Mako, making a face.
“Yeah, okay,” they said together, and followed her out.
Mako sighed in relief, snuggling the scarf to his face.
“Precious scarf, we’re alone at last…”
But then the scarf got up and left too.
